SHIPPING POLICY

In today’s retail market, we believe honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit only and 20 days after request to ship to our receiving location.  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time unless items are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must be unworn, unwashed and without body odor or fragrance. If 30 days has passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To start a return, you can contact us at numeunlimited@gmail.com with proof of purchase and defect (photo acceptable- receipt and item).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
